For the purposes of these Terms of Use, “User” means any person who accesses, opens, browses, or otherwise uses the Site in any manner. “Content” means all text, images, logos, graphics, product photographs, videos, and other materials displayed on the Site. “Product” means cigars and other tobacco products manufactured, marketed, or profiled by Dos Hermanos Cigar.

This Site serves as a corporate profile intended to introduce the history, values, production process, and product range of Dos Hermanos Cigar. The Site does not facilitate the sale, ordering, or delivery of Products directly to end consumers through online means, unless expressly stated otherwise and subject to the prevailing laws and regulations governing the distribution of tobacco products.

Tobacco products, including cigars, are intended for adult consumers only. In accordance with Government Regulation Number 109 of 2012 concerning the Safeguarding of Materials Containing Addictive Substances in the Form of Tobacco Products for Health, access to a tobacco trademark website must be restricted to users who are at least 18 (eighteen) years of age. Dos Hermanos Cigar sets a minimum age requirement of 21 (twenty-one) years for any User wishing to access the Content of the Site, in line with the practices and standards commonly adopted within the premium cigar industry worldwide. We reserve the right to terminate access for any User who is known or reasonably suspected not to meet such age requirement.
